Androgenetic Alopecia is predetermined genetic disorder which also know as Pattern Hair loss occurs due to excessive response androgens. in women often has a greater mental impact because it’s less socially acceptable for them and it affects severely women’s emotional well-being quality of life. So this paper focuses on the treatment procedure its vast analysis effectiveness curing permanently. This covered epidemiological aspect along with focused early signs symptoms Alopecia. It have stated causes disorder. The objective was analyze effectiveness. Since there been very little advancement last 30 years. But recent investigation JAK inhibitors, our future could be changed permanent cure. Based systematic review evaluation we recommend that physicians should prescribe pharmacological drugs, includes Minoxidil, Finasteride Dutasteride first line therapies
